Terms and conditions for buying travel eSIMs from Aynet.

1. What we sell
Aynet sells data plans for travel eSIMs. A plan has a data allowance, a validity period and one or more countries. The eSIM provides mobile data only; it has no phone number, and calls and texts stay on your own SIM.
2. Contract and price
The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed by Stripe. All prices are final prices in euros including VAT. There are no recurring charges.
3. Delivery
After payment we issue the eSIM and email you the QR code, the codes and the link to your order page, usually within minutes. Should issuing fail, we contact you, and we refund the price if we cannot deliver.
4. Installation and start
The eSIM must be installed within 180 days of purchase. Validity starts with the first connection to a network at the destination, unless the plan explicitly says it starts on installation. You need an eSIM-capable phone that is not locked to a carrier; you check this before buying.
5. Top-ups
On plans that support it, you can top up the same eSIM in My eSIMs while it is still valid. An expired eSIM cannot be topped up.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. An eSIM that has not been installed can be cancelled within that period; we refund the full price.
Installing the eSIM on your phone starts the service with your consent, and the profile is issued to that device. After that, withdrawal is excluded under section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB). We say so before installation.
If the eSIM does not work for a reason we are responsible for, we refund or replace it regardless. Write to support@aynet.ai.
7. Network and availability
The networks and speeds named are those of our local network partners. Coverage and speed depend on location, device and load. We cannot guarantee a particular network or 5G in every place.
8. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
9. Final provisions
German law applies. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence apply in addition. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in force.
